FAQS FOR ODOO POS AND IoT BOX
All Zebra label printers based on the ZPL protocol, including the Zebra ZD410 and ZD420, are natively supported by Odoo POS. Printing is automatically launched. Our system can identify other USB label printers, but it might be necessary to modify the template report to make it compatible with the paper format of the printer. The printing page in the web browser will be used to manually start printing on these printers. Note: Label printers require an IoT box.
As long as the printer and your point-of-sale system are linked to the same local network (either Ethernet or Wi-Fi), printing is feasible.
One IoT box per POS is no longer required with Odoo POS v13. A dropdown menu on the IoT setup menu allows users to manually choose specific hardware for multiple point-of-sale systems. There are still some exceptions, though, like the Ingenico terminal payment.

Yes, you can.
